"Really easy. I needed a new hot tub cover. I bought it from Watson's so figured they could help. They looked up the record of my purchase, noticed that they had the cover in stock at a nearby store and told I could pick it up at the store nearest me in just a couple of days. Super easy."

"Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I consistently am ignored and have been for 6 months. We bought a hot tub and the guy who delivered it sliced up the cover with a knife when he was opening it. Watson's was informed MINUTES after it happened and I was assured a new cover would be ordered and delivered to me in 3-6 weeks. Well, that took place on April 4, 2023. It is now October 4, 2023, and I do not have a new cover. I do not have an answer as to when I will receive one. No one has provided me any answers whatsoever and all I get are standard salesperson-type responses to emails that give me absolutely zero information. I don't know if or when I will receive a replacement. It's infuriating to know that when you spend thousands of dollars on a product you'll get ignored after they have your money. For the past 6 months we've been stuck with a defective cover that fills up with water every time it rains or is especially dewy outside and my repeated questions continue to be ignored."

"If I could give a zero star I most certainly would do so. For the first time since moving to Illinois in Feb of 2021 from California and after purchasing my home in Shiloh in August of 2021- I decided to stop in and see what they offer for entertainment for my home. Since I have a near 3k sq ft home w a walk out basement I have plenty of area for a bar, pool table, arcade and much more more....I walked in and did not have the expectation that I would be greeted immediately- BUT I did have an expectation that I would be GREETED PERIOD!!! That DID NOT HAPPEN and I walked from the front to the back and each side. There were a few sales associates who were not assisting anyone and just totally ignored me. I saw a few pieces that I was ready to discuss w a sales associate about making a purchase - but after being ignored I will NEVER EVER go back there for ANYTHING. Let me also mention that I felt that it was racially motivated that I was ignored as I watched those same salespeople jump to assist a white woman who walked in well after I did. I will NEVER RECOMMEND NOT SUPORT THIS BUSINESS as long as I live in the SHILOH Il area!"
