"Came to PURCHASE a trailer today, and the (old enough to know better) gentleman who claims to be manager was pushing a broom around-I guess my husband was an inconvenience. He quickly got an attitude, and started questioning if we were even purchasing the trailer……He was then told in a disgusting tone that he can’t help him. We came to purchase a $1,200 trailer and we’re treated terribly. I’m rather confused about the uncounted and feel terrible for the employees if this individual really is a manager. Corporate should watch camera footage and his physical demeanor."

"Went in at almost closing time and the folks still made time to help me with my hose reel cart questions. The cart I wanted was not on the floor but they let me know I could still order it and have it shipped to the store in the next week for free. Kudos to the staff in O'Fallon for their help!"

"I have been there numerous times and sometimes it seems that you can't get help at all. Other times it's a great place to shop. The only other thing that is that are items placed in the ads that they don't have. However I still like the store they just need to work on customer service a little better."
