"Sam’s is usually a great store that I go to for cakes,but this time not so well. I ordered a cake for my son 6th birthday. It was suppose to be a paw patrol cake but some how the lady that I was on phone with said she didn’t hear paw patrol even though she read it back to me. I picked up the cake the day of my son birthday and the cake was all white wedding looking cake. Even the “happy birthday” was in white. Who would order that for a 6 yr old. Didn’t get an apology and they didn’t even want to discount me. The supervisor BRITTANY was very rude and they basically told me it was my mistake and they don’t make mistakes. Horrible service!!"

"This is not cheese. This is undercooked dough! I regret getting membership here. Not planning on renewing. Everytime we come here, the pizza shelves are empty. And when I finally run into some pizza, it’s raw! There have been occasions where there is NO pizza and NO hotdogs and it’s not even close to closing time! I have lost count on all the disappointments I’ve had visiting the food court. The employees seem very inexperienced and slow. They very much lack customer service skills. Absolutely regret this membership."

"Some advice, never buy anything unless you are 100% you will not return it. The return line, if you want to call it that, is ridiculous, and shares duties w/ Member Services. So you have to wait in line w/ people opening a/c's, joining the club, etc. 3 people in line in front of me today and it still took 40 minutes. Prices are ridiculous as well. I bought some water bottles & batteries. The batteries were $25 bucks each. The waters were almost $7 bucks. Total for 4 water packs, and 2 battery packs? $80 dollars! Ridiculous. Walmart & Sam's need to use it's might to force prices down lower. I returned the batteries after having realized how disgusting the price was."
