"My stay was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Giselle got me in for an early check in upon request. The hotel is very clean and exceptionally quiet, never even heard a plane despite being next to the airport. Food and service at The Thorn was great also."

"Good place to stay if you think about proximity to tge airport, convention centre, surrounded by places to shop and have fun. However, i found that it is overpriced and the In-room dinning service was underwhelming. Was shocked when housekeeping opened the door without knocking and didn't offer an apology 3 hours before checkout."

"Couldn’t ask for a better service or a better experience. We travel a lot for work and pleasure but whenever we are in Chicago we stay at The Rose. The staff is top notch always make us feel welcome. Sometimes we travel with our two dogs, and they are extremely accommodating to them as well. Always welcome down with a smile and a greeting from whoever is at the desk or at the bar Hilton should use this property as a training ground for any new employees as customer service is their number one priority. And the food and drinks are excellent. Juan and Casey and Johnny always go above & beyond to accommodate everyone. The general manager and Michaela and the rest of the management, staff, Mike, and others make it a point to know everyone personally."

This Rose Hotel Blossoms with joy in servicing visitors. Clean & fresh rooms, room service quick, fast, and hot. You can obviously tell, Everyone there wants to be of service. 1st experience to hotel but it will not be my last."

"The Rose Hotel is one of my favorite hotels! The staff is incredible and so welcoming. The Hotel itself is so clean and has such a unique, fun, sexy vibe to it that makes you feel special. It's more than just a hotel, it's an experience. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms have their own modern unique vibe that I love! Also, the food at Thorn is delicious. Their chef is top notch serving up unique, eclectic and modern dishes with his own spin."
