"Our stay with our parents was very nice. The staff at the hotel reception were very friendly and helpful. This is nice place to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight. It is close to Ohare airport."

"Please be careful we had bedbugs in our room I sent video I sent pictures of my bites on my arm, and I was told that they had none and sorry for my rash. I did not have a rash. I had video of the bedbug, and they failed to provide a refund. I only stayed in a room for about four hours, because I got bit so much we were not even offered to switch rooms although I would not have stayed. It was our second visit staying there first night was good so we decided to book a Second night. They kept denying the fact that they have bedbugs, even though in the video you can see a huge one I’m never staying here again. All they offered was a $10 voucher for parking Meaning we would have to return to use it. We will not be returning my stay was back in February 23, 2024. All I wanted was a refund it was a waste of money and my time. Please be careful if you stay here."

"This hotel was clean. The front counter staff was friendly. And it is in a perfect location to the airport. We didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. But we understand. My husband & I would definitely feel comfortable staying at this LaQuinta again!"

"My son and I stayed at this location for one night. When you first pull in you, see this very old decrepit building and think, yikes what did I get myself into. However, as you drive around the front, you can see that it has been remodeled and seems nice. He walk into a nice fresh foyer, and again the place seems pleasant. The staff was pleasant enough and checked us in OK. I was bummed to find out. I had to pay $16 to park in the parking lot. I get used to paying for parking in the city where there isn’t much parking and they have a huge parking garage. But this is just a regular two star hotel with a huge parking lot. It’s a bummer I had to pay. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough. Clean. No bedbugs. Overall, our trip at this hotel was a four-star experience. I will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel seems to have been renovated recently, the lobby is super clean and modern. The rooms are as well! I liked that breakfast was complimentary and the hotel even offered a complimentary shuttle to and from O'Hare. The hotel itself is tucked behind another hotel in a big lot, and is located next to a freeway. Despite the location, I did not hear anything from my room. Staff was kind and helpful. I definitely recommend!"
