"All the ESAs I've stayed at have been great, but the Darien location and staff are the best. The manager Tracie takes his job very serious and treat everyone really well. Not just him but all the staff at this location makes sure your taken care of. House keeping is top notch here. (Mary) Thanks to everyone at the Darien location."

"Room was fairly clean, had nice hot shower. Walls and windowsill were kind of banged up, had paint peeling. Grab and go breakfast. Coffee was ok."

"I would give a higher star, but they need better housekeepers. Nice room, but they didn't clean my bathroom. Makeup all on the side of the sink. Good thing I am carrying cleaning supplies with me when I travel. The staff was nice about it. There was no discount for me cleaning my own room so I won't be returning. Hope they get better cleaning people"

"I checked in on a Monday,, I was there 3 weeks. My room was never cleaned, even though i went to the fdront desk several times. I'd go to the front for mail, tyhe manager would be there, he'd say in a low voice "If you don't pay, you can't stay" He did that multiple times. I paid a little late, but paid. I called to report him, well ESA gave him my phone number, he called in a very loud voice " why are you making things up and ruining my name" Then continued to tell me how dirty my room was. I did reply maybe if it was cleaned, it wouldnt be so bad. He lied, and lied That was a treat. My room was dirty when I went in, I asked to have ir cleaned, I was told 2 weeks. I cleaned out the cabinets with a bath towel they were filthy. If I was having a better experience there would be no problem paying. He lied and lied. I am glad others had a pleasant experience. I cut my stay short, a cleaning man asked if I was being evicted and came home, my contract had ended where i was working. The cleaning man asked if I was being evicted, well no, RUDE, and IGNORANT is all can say."

"Clean rooms and facility! The manager Tracy is wonderful-very polite, accommodating, & he does his job with so much professionalism! I would’ve given 5 stars, but the employee Jackie has a HORRIBLE attitude! She hates when anyone interrupts her from scrolling through her phone! She always has an evil facial expression! Another guest turned around when he saw her & said that he will wait until her shift is over, then ask the next employee for assistance! It seems as if she brings to work whatever problems she has at home! I hope that she’s given costumer service training, but if not, her attitude will hinder her from elevating in life! No one should be angry EVERY DAY!"
