"I would give less than one star if I could!!!! I called to try and get pricing for blood work and was transferred 3 times and was on hold for more than 30 mins, and it was simply because I had a lab order from my doctor but I did not have quest codes and they just did not know what to do with that or how to help! If I took the order to them and scheduled they would know how to send me a bill!!!"

"Your automated system is absolutely terrible and I should have to have to option to speak with a person. It kept having trouble hearing me and cutting me off and I couldn’t get through to a person to make the appointment."

"This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! I have only had to use this place about four times and each time has been a terrible experience!!! I have been made to pay out of pocket before they sent bill to insurance!!! And my experience today for my son was no better!!! I was told I had the wrong container with sample in it yet it was the container my dr sent to use!! Then told 1 of the 3 samples was past date yet it was 11:30 amon Monday and the first sample was taken Friday in the evening which wasn't past the 72 hours!!! All information was provided on my paperwork from doctor so I'm not sure where a problem occurred from!!"
