"Had an appointment, which apparently is pointless. Waited 35 minutes to find out only one phlebotomist was working. She had to start turning walk-ins away and there were 3 other patients in the waiting room when I left at their 5pm closing time. Only reason for the 2nd star is the sole staff member was very polite and professional, just trying to do her best. She was set up for failure by whoever is supposedly running this show."

"Went in last week for a blood draw and they were so efficient and fast even though they were short staffed. Great energy between employees and Michael was my tech. He was so caring and kind and I didnt even feel the needle which is amazing!! Wonderful employee that knows his work!! Will return."
