"Stayed twice in the span of 3 weeks. I was so impressed by the room, and hotel on our first stay that I made sure to book the same room on the way back. Pool area is very nice, and lots of breakfast options compared to other hotels. Staff (especially Sara) was nice and accommodating. Would 100% stay again at this location if I am in the area again."

"I have stayed at this Comfort Suites for the past 3 years on numerous occasions. My most recent visit is the last. The wifi was not working. My fiancee talked to the hotel staff which could not find a solution. They connected us to the manager, Ann Smith. This is where everything went down hill. She was very condescending and down right rude. (note..my Fiancee works in IT and knew the issue). He was referred by her to Air2data and reset the wifi for the entire hotel. As a customer, that was not our responsibility nor should we have been treated that way. Since then, we have contacted Choice Hotel corporate and are now in the process of contacting the General Manager Priyank Patel to make him aware of how we were treated. Bottom line, the Manager Ann Smith should be let go for the way she treated us as well as other customers (see previous Google reviews). We will keep working our way up to the top at Choice to get this matter resolved."

"Late night check in around 12 am and was greeted kindly. The front desk person was perfectly friendly and accommodating. Had 2 pets, dog/cat, and they were very comfortable in the space! Room was clean, breakfast was good, and the whole vibe of the place was very good! Great stay!"

"My family lost power at our house so we decided to get a hotel for the night. We went to comfort inn, and the service was amazing. They gave us extra blankets for us and even supplied a baby crib for my little one. The room was great as well. Just cleaning missed a few spots while cleaning like under the cushions on the couch, but other than that, it was a great experience. And the complimentary breakfast was great! Thank you!"

"Really happy with our stay. We stayed one night on our drive home. Quiet and comfy rooms, nice linens and pillows, very clean room. Very friendly and professional staff. Even though the hotel was literally sold out and at capacity, the breakfast was kept well stocked and fresh right up until the end (served free until 9am). Plenty of good breakfast choices. Good coffee."
