"Customer service was VERY Rude, lady keep telling me there's no way I'd get approved for a $660 apartment with a 580 credit or even low 600 she said don't even waste your time or ours, not willing to help, or even see what they could do, very strict and not willing to help new renters or even long term renters with good payments or enough income. Glad she denied me from the jump cause a company that rude and unwilling to help I wouldn't want to rent from them anyway id rather rent from state reality a wayyyyy nicer property management and wayyyyy more willing to help first time renter's or renter's without a 700 credit score cause everyone doesn't have a 700 credit score"

"In order to leave a review I have to leave at least one star. I'm not a tenant yet but I'm scared out of my mind because of the bad reviews from Google, BBB, and other rental websites. I was seriously thinking about renting from Hartmann because I have family that rent from them (Now And In The Past) and they've never told me about a problem so I was considering trying to rent from them. But if I'm going to be talked to rudely about spending my hard earned money and given attitude when I ask questions about a place then I'd rather not rent from them it sucks to have to be scared of what I might have to endure this is a bummer. Can somebody tell me if the accusations and bad reviews are true before I pay for an application I don't want to lose money I work hard for to be treated poorly."

"Long Term tenant of Hartmann Rentals. Our maintenance was done within a reasonable amount of time. We had several break downs over the years, all of it was dealt with as soon as possible. Seems like most of the bad reviews are from people who owe them money more than anything. If you pay your rent on time, take responsibility for a clean home, and work with them - nothing will be a problem. The office staff try to get on things as fast as they can and will let you know what they need. If I ever need another place to rent, they will be the first one on my list. Thank you for nearly a decade of living!"
