"Tl;DR management is shady at best and fully dishonest. She charged my card for things that she'd told me she wouldn't. If you stay here, she'll do it to you. I pulled into this hotel for a 2 day reservation. The manager (we'll call her Billy, though that's NOT what she requested that I call her this morning) was reasonably cordial at checkin. She asked me if I had pets, and I responded that yes, I do have cats. When I appeared distressed about the pet deposit, she told me she'd waive it for me. I thanked her profusely. The next morning, I received a call from her. She was irate. She said Housekeeping had seen a cat in my room. First off, there was a do not disturb sign on the door. They walked right through it. Didn't do any cleaning, just went into the room I'd requested that they not enter. When I brought it up to Billy (aka SB), she said it must have fallen off. But secondly, I told her about my cats before checking in. I carried them through the lobby, singing the song of their people. I didn't hide that they were cats. At this point, Billy the SB is enraged, because I won't take the blame for her assumption. She says she'll do me a solid and let me stay out my reservation. She tells me that I need to CAGE (not crate) my cats for the entirety of my stay. Not just when I was out of the room, but the whole time. I requested late checkout on arrival. She said she was pretty sure that was fine. Which means OK, to me. So at 10 minutes after checkout time, when she came pounding on my door, I wasn't prepared to go yet. I'd made arrangements to stay for an extra hour. It's supposed to be one of my benefits, as a platinum Wyndham member. But she was angry with me, and said she changed her mind. While she was there, my cat was finishing her breakfast. She was out of the crate. And Billy (SB) lost her cool and told me she was calling the police in 10 minutes, because I hadn't followed her ridiculous rule. I was leaving anyway. I found a better motel for a better price. Now I see that Dearest SB (I can't write the name she told me she preferred to be called. It's not polite. But when I asked her to correct the pronunciation of her name, she informed me that it was written on the wall downstairs. OK, SB it is. I call people what they ask to be called) Billy has changed her mind and charged me not only pet fees, but some other bogus fee. They need new management. The hotel was very clean and quiet, but boy, Billy sure ruined the whole stay. She's trying to make my life difficult. On purpose. Because she didn't listen. My room was not dirty when I left. She just decided that charging someone already struggling some extra fees was going to be fun for her. I hope it was. I sincerely hope that Karma repays her every "kindness" to me threefold. May you be treated exactly as you deserve."
"I wanted to shoutout the staff for being so awesome! The housekeeper found my pants that I left in my room about 3 min after I checked out. Looks like my room was next and then called down to the front desk and had Jessica run out twice. One to find me and the second to hand me the pants. It was 30 degrees outside!! Also The rooms were clean and I’d come back for the service"
"This location is in need of repairs and updates. The desk personnel were pleasant, especially the one that was verbally abused by a guest. The room was mostly clean, other than the hair in the shower. The elevator certificate was expired and the floor was in poor condition. It was hard to get inside dry even though I parked under the carport. I would suggest gutters. I would leave pictures but don't see that available."
"Horrible experience! I am the owner of my company. I sent my workers to this place because they had a late night and had to work early the next morning. I paid for the rooms and I wake up this morning to them telling me they would let my guys check in and made them sleep out in their trucks until 3:30 in the morning when i had another worker who was over 25 get there. I will never send my business to this place again and will detour anyone else from going here! Because of this my guys could only use the two rooms I paid for, for a few hours!!"
"The staff was truely friendly, but the room was not good. Shower doesn't work properly, the beds don't even have a real comforter blanket, the room smelled of mold, and our vehicle was broke into at night. Avoid the area entirely."
