CVS Pharmacy

"This is not my pharmacy. However I am in desperate NEED of a medication. So I was instructed by my pharmacy to call around. So I did. Unfortunately, I called this location. Big mistake. The man answered the phone extremely annoyed and when I asked about the medication I needed, he VERY RUDELY cut me off before I could even finish my sentence with a short and terrible "NO". He went on to continuously cut me off by saying, "We can't help you, and I know no other CVS is going to help you either." Like I was on his last nerve and he was just SO inconvenienced by answering my question. A question that I never even finished asking thanks to him cutting me off in an extrememly gruff and short manner every time I spoke. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE! Especially if that's how they treat people who are desperately looking for a life saving medication. If you don't like your job, find a new one. I shouldn't have to deal with your bad attitude."

"Prices are nearly twice as high as the cvs a few blocks away. Save your time and money and go to the one on vandalia st. The schnucks pharmacy was fantastic ever since cvs has taken over its been a complete circus. I will never go back. I've had anything from them entering my daughter's birthday wrong causing me not to be able to pick up a prescription in a timely fashion. To sending me back and forth between the schnucks location and the vandalia st location because they were unable to read their own computer screen correctly. Staff is usually clueless and rude even the pharmacist himself apears to be lacking in the customer service department. Horrible experiencs there time and time again to the point I'll go literally anywhere else."
