"My two sons have been going to MVMG Pediatric Specialists for over a decade - since birth for both. We absolutely love and trust Dr. Robert Underhill and NP Rhonda Heschel. I'm extremely disappointed that Aetna did not renew their contract with this practice so we'll sadly have to find a new pediatrician. It will be very difficult to top the care we received at MVMG."

"I was waiting to be acknowledged for over 5 minutes, standing in line 9 months pregnant and was ignored by the receptionists. As soon as a white lady walked in, she was called instantly to be helped. I was so embarrassed and walked out. I would not recommend if you are black."

"Front desk staff is consistently rude and unprofessional. They lost both mine and my daughter's father's insurance information. He is a service member and its not always easy to get in touch with him to get tricare info. They treated him like garbage when he called to give them information and claimed we never gave it to them when I remember clearly having a similar issues with them dealing with Tricare at her first appointment. I am never going back to this office and will be switching my child to UCH immediately."

"I love my regular doctor here, and Ive never had any issues until now. But we had to schedule a appointment with Dr. Jensen because our regular pediatrician wasn't available. And I have called for the last week trying to get a hold of him to find out my childs blood results that were available last Friday. Everytime I called they had a excuse. Or said someone will give us a call back. My husband even talked to him briefly and told my husband his assistant would call before the end of the day. And it never happened. I feel as though he is not taking my sons health seriously and I am beyond upset. Like I said I love his regular pediatrician and Ive never had any issues until now. But Im extremely disappointed in the care we have received the last few weeks."

"I read the reviews and was hesitant to schedule with this group, but many offices are not taking new patients. They apparently only do 2 well visits a day and couldn’t do all three of my girls in a singular day. Being a working mom makes it difficult to have them on separate days and their birthday is literally within a week of each other. I have never called an office that wasn’t willing to work with you. It automatically made me nervous about this group. Might be better for a super flexible person, but just wasn’t a good fit for us."
