"I have had a few appointments with Dr. Guo and she is amazing. The office staff is pretty awesome too. Very friendly and knowledgeable. On my first visit I walked in and the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and I appreciate that very much. I thought I would be there for a while waiting but I wasn't.. they got me in pretty fast. Usually you have to wait again in your room for the doctor but she was in before I knew it. "Never had to deal with cancer before. Referred to Dr Guo and was diagnosed with Thymoma cancer. Very rare. Felt very comfortable with her. She Referred me to a very good surgeon. Had surgery and surgeon informed me that he had removed all of the mass. He said that in his opinion I would probably not need treatment. Said that he would send all info to Dr Guo. She would be the one to determine whether I would need treatment or not. That was in early September. It is now the end of February. Dr Guo never contacted me. I have called her office no less than a dozen times. Each time, the person I spoke with was very apologetic and assures me I will get a call back. That has never happened. Am I wrong? I just assumed that the oncologist would want to at least want a follow up."
