"Be prepared to be lied to if it benefits this office and its personnel. They will lead you on until the truth comes out, still will try to lie till they have no other way out only then will they admit to lying, then they wont provide you with their credentials so you can make a formal complaint. You are given the most basic and partial information. I guess it gives them a last minute chance to have the complaints fall on someone else's license. If you using this dr or office, get everything in writting and leave no questions unasked or verified least of all on good faith because they lack any ethics."
