"I am Colombian and I am visiting Houston. I needed a German certificate and contacted the German institute for the Southwest. It was a mistake since I enrolled for the a1 Test but they had me to take b1 Test. They made an appoiment for me to do the test that same Monday (the test was since I told them I needed the certificate before I come back. That Monday I got lost since I don't know well the area and I was by bus, Angelika (the ibstitute's director) called me and she personally came to pick me up. I didn't expect that, that was so so nice :)"
