"Carla the instructor is a stern lady but she cares. And I think that’s what makes this course extremely helpful. She’s gone through it so she knows how to get to people and have them listen. I enjoyed the class and I highly recommend it it’s quick and easy she goes fast so you’re in and out. WRITE NOTES when she says write it down write it down. I wrote notes and made 100 on my test. Overall great class loved the interaction and one last thing don’t fool around in class she will set you straight."
