"8/22/23 I did an over-the-phone application, twice....got denied. At this point, I was already out of options but was told online/over-the-phone applications sometimes are denied for various reasons that may be easily fixed in-store. I had already accepted that my app was denied for sure but decided to go in-store anyways. I was greeted and helped by Gabriel, who absolutely turned my day around! Even though I had to redo all my info and my phone was giving issues, Gabriel was not only patient but also determined to help me through the whole process. Now granted, I was still in denial that I would even be approved. And though he could sense it, that didn't stop Gabriel from changing my mind completely! He was very thorough and explained all the paperwork/info presented and answered any questions I had. Even had me laughing at times... At the end of it all...I was approved! I was honestly shocked but very grateful! Came in the store, expecting to leave empty-handed and defeated....left the store laughing, smiling, and with the help I needed. (Rhyme unintentional lol) Thank you Gabriel! For being honest and relatable and for your awesome customer service!!"
