"I walked into the branch to conduct some banking business and I stood in the lobby for over 15 minutes and watched 3 bankers sit at their desk and not one of them greeted me or ask if I needed assistance. I proceeded to walk around in the lobby as the only teller assisted a customer at the counter. Since I appeared invisible I walked to the door of a banker and asked he could assist me. At which point he responded by directing me to the counter where the teller was as if I didn’t know to see the teller for banking transactions. So rather than give my banking business to Smart Financial I simply took his recommendation of seeing the teller and withdrew my money with the exception of the bare minimum until I get the opportunity to discontinue a direct deposit. Customer Service is non existent at this location."
