"I spent hours uploading everything to her website that she would need to process a refi for us. I waited and waited and never heard from anyone so I called. I gave the lady what she said she needed. I waited and waited some more. Days went by. I call again. I get through to Cathy. She'd "been meaning to call me". Ok. So I send her more info after she states they googled my house which was before I bought it and nothing like it looks today because it was a complete gut and remodel. She says no one likes to do a loan for so little (we were wanting to do a refi with cash back for $80k). I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and still no call from her. Bottom line, if you aren't buying a big expensive house, she's not going to waste her time on you. Considering my family owns tire stores across the state and I have a youtube channel and was a Realtor for 10 years, you'd think she'd realize my SOI is pretty large and would have netted her a lot of free advertising. She did not help me with my refi but she did give me an idea about a YT video on this subject and how some companies are completely disenfranchising some neighborhoods because they won't make enough commission. I do not recommend this company."
