"Stopped by to drop off a donation, waited 15 min no one was at the front desk. Moved the door bells an bo one came to greet me. I then called the office number hoping to get someone's attention and or for someone to answer the phone. In a loud voice I said, "Hello, can somebody help me?", again no one responded. By this time I wad already waiting about 40 min. I left to my car, waited another 10 min and no one came to the front desk. There were bo signs stating that the place was closed and or that they stepped away or on lunch."

"This is a warning I wish someone would have told me. I was directed here after reporting an assault on my child. I followed protocol, and did everything these people advised. Well to my horror DCFS, which I have never been involved with, threatens to remove my child from my custody! This is why so many cases of abuse go unreported! Because the people with the authority to do something about it take advantage and abuse IT!"
