"It's a Friday night (2/23/24) and LayLay and Jenna are both working.. just the two of them. Lay was handling the headset and Jenna was killing it on the food station. Let me reverse a bit.. when I pulled up the drive thru was super long, so I decided to go inside in hopes it'll be slower so I can order and leave faster. Inside there were about 3 other people waiting to order. The ladies killed it! Yes I waited about 30 min for my food but lay was sure to greet me and everyone else with kindness and I saw Jenna was moving fast and doing her best.. what more could I expect, right? Our world has become so impatient and fast paced that if I wanted faster service I could've gone somewhere else. I'm glad I had time to be patient because dinner cured my white castle craving and the service was awesome! Great job ladies!"

"This particular location is never opens on time! They’re supposed to open at 7am and that never happens! I work crazy hours and this is one of my favorite places to stop after a hard nights work. When they finally open you have to wait forever for your food. Staff is rude, constantly on their phones, they walk around with their personal apple ear pods or beats in their ears, I know it’s not for White Castles because they NEVER answer the phone. This is one of the few remaining restaurants in the area and based on the lack of quality staffing, service and food, I’d say it’s safe to say it will be closing soon!"

"Overall the food tasted the same which, for white castles, I appreciate. The service however is always so slow here. I’m unsure why it always takes 10+ minutes from ordering to getting your food. They did not get our order correct, so that was a little annoying. However, the woman at the drive through window was very nice."

"Let's start with amazing people working here, from front counter to food preparation team to management team were all warm & welcoming. They were patient with every customer and really answered all questions. Food was not up to par with quality of meat and ingredients - yes, I know the reputation but wanted to experience it myself with my son who wanted to know what this place was about. Their dining area was beyond cold and staff kept apologizing for not being able to fix it."

"Service sucked, food was even worse. Walk up to order and everyone just stares and makes jokes. Finally get someone to take the order. Floors were so nasty, sticky and don't look like they've been cleaned in months. Food was disgusting. $26 for burgers that were literally soup, the bottom buns were liquid, barely any onion. Ate one and threw them all out. I don't know how you could make a burger that bad unless it was on purpose."
