"I had my daughter party here last Saturday I took my daughter and her cousin there 3 weeks before I decided to have a party here when we got there no one was at the desk I had o go outside to ask the girl if works here she then came in to service us I then asked about having a party I was giving a price of $250 for the weekend I tried booking with issues I emailed a few times no response so I went back to the location and asked why haven’t no one responded and the price had changed by $50 I put my deposit down and stressed that if the manager so owners will give me a call party day cam still no response the 2 girls were trying to reach out to the owner after the party but no response and still days after the party no one has called or emailed me bad business"

"I do NOT recommend planning a birthday party here. I booked a party online for my son’s birthday party. One of the managers called me the day before to verify the details, ok cool. They verified that I could come 15 minutes early to set up my party stuff. Then we show up the next morning, all of our balloons, party stuff, cake, and the entire place is closed and dark. So I thought maybe they’re running a few minutes late. Finally 15 minutes INTO MY PARTY TIME, I call the phone number that verified with me the day prior. He told me his employee had car trouble and he would comp any extra food we ordered (we ordered one extra pizza). So this teenager eventually shows up (Dunkin’ Donuts in hand) while my entire party of children are running around the mall now. It’s a half hour into my paid party time. The pizza that they cater in had already arrived and of course the kids aren’t hungry yet because they haven’t even gotten into the place yet. Once we finally get everything set up, the teenage coworker doesn’t even come to check on us even once. Because they had my credit card number from the online booking they automatically charge me the full price for the party and extra pizza. I called the manager the next day and he said he needed to have his boss call me to discuss and possibly refund me and I never heard from anybody. Poor management!!! They should not be trusting teens to run their parties. No follow through!! It’s now 3 months later and still nobody returned my call."

"The place can be fun. But the toddler area is NOT monitored and was not safe for the 5yr and younger birthday party we had for my granddaughter. Some of the other bounce castle are falling apart and I now left yesterday with several children hurt do to equipment falling apart. Slot of bruises and cuts on children. NOT SAFE at all. Most was clean. But I feel they can use at least 1 more staff person on duty for a weekend. It was busy and she was by herself with a child of her own to watch. That child was runny barefoot on everything, when signs say socks are required. The staff is super nice thought. Very helpful for the party area. Bathrooms with no toilet paper."

"My kids love this place! They have been here twice and they have loved it both times! They have 2 massaging chairs if you get bored while sitting there watching your kiddos. They also are set up to have parties there but not sure how that works"

"Kind of small, but not a bad price considering. My five and 2 year old girls loved it and are already asking to go back. Only 10 bucks per child, and adults are no cost provided you are with a child. Can't speak much to the good or drink here, but there are decent options at the food court that is not too far away. Reentry is possible as well, provided you all for a wristband."
