"Patrick helped me a great deal in getting my home ready for my total knee replacement surgery. He evaluated the need for and placement of grab bars in the bathroom and hand rails on the stairs. Additionally he informed me of the extra equipment I would be needing to help in my recovery period. Not only did he explain this verbally, he sent me a detailed email with suggestions as to where these items could be purchased so that I was able to get everything I needed well in advance of my surgery date. Additionally he showed me several exercises that I could do to help me physically to be ready for the surgery. Throughout the process he was friendly and helpful and very reassuring that the measures he suggested would assist in the post-operative period. I have no doubt that his advice contributed greatly to my recovery. I highly recommend his services."
