Bright Space Therapy

Bright Space Therapy is a private counseling practice located in Austin, Texas, with additional office locations in Uptown Dallas and Plano. Our team of 11 licensed therapists offer in person and virtual counseling services for individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational stress. We pride ourselves on being affirming and inclusive of all cultures, races, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Our rates range from $120-$150 for 50 minute sessions, with some therapists accepting Aetna and a few in network with UHC. We offer extended or intensive sessions upon request and strive to provide a comfortable and safe space for our clients to open up and share without judgment.

Our therapists are dedicated to actively supporting your treatment goals and staying up to date on effective strategies through ongoing training and case consultation. We offer in office, online, and walk and talk sessions to accommodate your needs and maintain small caseloads to ensure consistent availability for our clients.
