"I do virtual therapy at Deep Eddy, and it works well for my 9-5 schedule. The scheduling team is responsive and works with you to find a fit. I've seen two counselors at Deep Eddy - the first wasn't the best fit for me, but the second has been amazing. Be aware that if you have an unpredictable schedule, there's a fee if you don't cancel 48 hours in advance."
"I am a former employee of DEP and while the therapist and care team are mostly wonderful I would highly advise potential patients to routinely check in with the billing team as several patients had issues with billing pulling random charges without informing patients first (seeing other reviews shows that its still an ongoing issue). During my time, I was racially profiled by both management and another employee. I had made it clear at the time of hiring and during my orientation call with the rest of the staff that I do not speak Spanish yet they still tried to have Spanish calls transferred to me. When I brought this up to upper management I was more so given a shrug and a "sorry that happened" since they did not have a human resources department. Overall, the therapists are amazing and would highly recommend the therapists but would be cautious of the company overall."
"Both therapists we’ve worked with at Deep Eddy were talented, professional, and effective. And every staff person we’ve interacted with was great. It’s pretty easy to schedule and change appointments. They accept most insurance. Both locations we have gone to have comfortable, relaxing waiting areas where I enjoy waiting for my family member. Deep Eddy is a treasure!"
