"If I could give zero stars, I would definitely give nothing to this person! She is An Unprofessional and Biased Child Psychologist that is Ruining Son-Father Relations. The below review is my personal opinion based on >6 months observation of her service to my stepson. Review: I am compelled to write this review to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the Monica Jackson, a child psychologist who was supposed to help my family but instead created more harm than good. It is disheartening to see a professional who claims to have expertise in child psychology exhibit such blatant bias, which has negatively impacted the relationship between my stepson and his father (my husband). From the very beginning, it was clear that the psychologist had preconceived notions and biases, favoring my husband's ex-partner and overlooking the importance of fostering a healthy bond between my stepson and his father. Her blatant disregard for the facts and impartiality was evident throughout the sessions. The psychologist consistently undermined the role of the father as a parent, dismissing father's concerns and opinions without any valid reasons. She failed to create a safe and unbiased environment for my stepson, which should be the cornerstone of any professional working in this field. Instead, she allowed personal biases to interfere with their duty to provide impartial guidance and support. The damaging effects of her biased behavior became apparent when my stepson started displaying signs of alienation and withdrawal from his father. Rather than addressing these concerns and working towards reconciliation, the psychologist seemed to encourage this alienation by further fueling my husband's ex-partner's false narratives and negative perspectives. Moreover, their lack of communication and transparency throughout the therapy process was disconcerting. She failed to provide clear explanations or feedback on her approaches, leaving my husband feeling isolated and unheard. It was as if she had already made up her mind about the situation and was determined to push her own agenda, regardless of the consequences. The negative impact of her biased behavior on my family cannot be overstated. It has created a hostile environment and strained the already delicate relationship between my stepson and his father. The psychologist's unprofessional conduct has damaged trust and hindered the healing process that was supposed to occur. I strongly advise any parent seeking help for their child's well-being and family dynamics to steer clear of this particular psychologist. Her biased and unprofessional approach can have devastating consequences, causing long-lasting harm to parent-child relationships. It is essential to find a professional who prioritizes the well-being of the child and demonstrates unbiased support for both parents. In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough the negative impact their conduct has had on my stepson's well-being and our overall family dynamics. It is my sincere hope that other families can be spared from such an unprofessional and harmful experience. Monica Jackson is biased and unprofessional person (cannot call her specialist) that is still ruining my stepson's and his father relations."

Complaint No 2023-00158 'In the Matter of Monica Jackson'. Texas Administrative Code Rule §681.41 (v): "(v) Prior to the commencement of counseling services to a minor client who is named in a custody agreement or court order, a licensee must obtain and review a current copy of the custody agreement or court order, as well as any applicable part of the divorce decree. A licensee must maintain these documents in the client's record and abide by the documents at all times. When federal or state statutes provide an exemption to secure consent of a parent or guardian prior to providing services to a minor, a licensee must follow the protocol set forth in such federal or state statutes.""
