"I took my son here for an evaluation and was pleasantly surprised. I really wasn’t sure what to expect because the reviews on this facility are very mixed, but I will say we were treated with respect from the minute we walked in the door. The doctor, nurse practitioner and receptionists were very kind and professional. I feel that everyone truly listened to my concerns and created a treatment plan for my son that will actually help him. Many facilities just drug your children into submission to mask the issues at hand, I’ve dealt with that first hand… I didn’t get that feeling from anyone at this facility at all. They were VERY understanding of our unique situation and worked with us to make sure I was happy with the treatment plan as well. Other reviews say they were very pushy about using the pharmacy downstairs, I will say the complete opposite.. From my personal experience, they didn’t even ask to use them; they asked me the phone # to my preferred pharmacy. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing quality mental health care for their child. They care and it’s very obvious."

"An unorganized mess. Poor communication skills despite much effort. Seemed like she just loved to hear herself talk. On top of that she spoke poorly about the doctor behind his back in front of my nephew (the patient). Im so glad they also irritated my sister and she was able to find out for herself they are a complete mess! We will continue searching. Edit: Oh i was also promised paperwork(information on the patient) that i was never given! I forgot about this as i didnt want it by the time i was leaving.. as i never wanted to come back."

"No wait time. No long automated phone machine recordings. My son was diagnosed with ADHD at Brighstar Psychiatry. The questionnaires and scales were lengthy, but necessary for a proper and precise diagnoses. Dr. Mohammad made sure I understand everything I needed to know in order for me better understand my child and adjust accordingly."
