"All the staff was the best. I would say the best staff I have ever dealt with. They were so welcoming and working, everyone greeted us and just made us feel at home. Also they were very very helpful, suggested us to thing to do. I just had a wonderful time. And miss Rebecca the breakfast lady was, on top of everything is is a hard worker. She listened to suggestions of what people want and made sure she had it out, we didn’t run out of nothing. She goes over and beyond for the guest , she also went out of her way to help when people needed it. I love the hotel it’s very clean. Just the best experience we all had. Thank you guys, and well done . You were excellent."

"A Disappointing Experience: Falling Short of Expectations As a dedicated patron and platinum member of Marriott, it pains me greatly to write such a critical review. My wife and I, staunch advocates of Marriott's usually impeccable service, recently encountered a situation that starkly contrasted with the high standards we have come to associate with the brand. Our ordeal began upon arrival at this particular Marriott location. Despite securing our reservation over a month in advance, we were greeted with the unsettling news that there was no room available for us. Thankfully, the staff member managed to rectify this issue, which was particularly crucial given the significance of the week - our daughter's graduation from Navy Boot Camp. However, our relief was short-lived. The moment we stepped onto our floor, we were assailed by an unpleasant odor reminiscent of old carpet, a scent that persisted within our room. To add to the discomfort, the amenities, including the television, were noticeably outdated – a fact confirmed upon investigating the model number, and the light around the mirror was not working (maintenance wouldn't be in until 7 AM the next day). The most troubling aspect of our stay involved a discrepancy in the room rate. When we sought assistance, the front desk staff was unable to address our concerns effectively. In an effort to resolve the issue, we requested a discussion with the Manager at approximately 1 PM, only to be informed he was unavailable due to a sales call. Our patience waned as the day progressed. By 4:45 PM, with no communication from the Manager and our plans to step out, we inquired again, only to discover that the Manager had left for the day. Despite our insistence, and the gravity of the situation, no attempt was made to facilitate a conversation with him before the day's end, even after multiple calls to the front desk asking for an update. Ultimately, the Manager told the associate at the front desk to inform us he would speak with us "tomorrow". It is with regret that I must say this Marriott location failed to uphold the brand's reputation for excellence and customer service. As loyal customers, we expected a certain standard that was not met. I hope this review helps others as they are making lodging decisions in the area."

"The rooms are larger than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. Everyone was very friendly here, and their breakfast that they served, I think, was one of the best I have been to! They even served oatmilk!!! ❤️ The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms need white bright lights, not the yellow lights. It was way too dark to put my makeup on. We will most definitely be back!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for work and while my room was a bit tired (couch had a tear in it, and window on desk was gone) it was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure any requests were taken care of and were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard but well stocked. Overall, I think the property could use a few touch ups in the rooms - but the cleanliness and the friendly staff made up for it."

"Stayed here for 4 nights for my sons Navy graduation. The location to navy base is great and easy, but this is the most unclean, and worst managed hotel I have ever stayed in. Huge cob webs in corner of room, stains all over carpet, microwave had not been cleaned and had grease all over outside and food crumbs on the shelf and under microwave. Nasty dirty air conditioner with something growing inside blowing on us all night in bed. Lighting is horrible and dim, towels rough and scratchy. Taking our problems to the front desk and then manager Keenan Hartman (No relation to me, last name coincidence) emailed us accusing me of cursing and yelling at the staff, which did not happen. Then the man would never talk to me in person or even respond to my response to his email. My mothers room was dirty as well. As an Army Veteran there for my son, no military families deserve this filth and poorly managed hotel by this man. I have filed an official complaint with Marriott corp. do not waste your hard earned money on this hotel, stay somewhere else. I so wish I could include the pictures and video I took of my room. Please make better arrangements for yourself, you deserve it."
