"I love the store manager but the other manager in her store was not helpful what so ever, she didn’t want to exchange my items because they were not the same items. I’ve exchanged items before and I’ve never had an issue what so ever. I wasn’t being rude, but I guess she was being lazy and wanted to leave. I went to fountain square and they gladly did my exchange and it took seconds and pushed one button."
