"The retail store is standard walgreens. The pharmacy however, is the worst I've ever had to deal with. The new normal here is waiting a week for a script to be filled. Don't fill scripts here if you have any need to stay on a regular med schedule."

"Bought some protein and eye drops. Then I try to use the restroom before getting back on the road, locked. So I had to ask the grumpy cashier babysitter to let me in the bathroom. I'll bet the Walgreens In the white neighborhoods aren't locked. CVS will now be my pharmacy of choice"

"If you can pick another pharmacy PLEASE DO..!!!! My doctor sent in a prescription two days before I walked in for pickup. I called on day 1 to ask if it was ready. Turns out it wasn’t filed due to it being over the counter. I explained clear as day that It’s cheaper via insurance and id like to get it fill. I walked in a whole 48hrs after that call for pickup and they had the audacity to say 30mins wait because my prescription was not ready. I WAITED these 30mins just to find out my vitamins where out of stock. Communication sucks , the people who work in the pharmacy have an attitude. It’s very unorganized. Please do not waste tour time."

"Just changed my preferred pharmacy with my doctor's offices because of the very poor service I've been receiving from this pharmacy. Two weeks ago we couldn't pick up Rx from the hospital because the pharmacy was "temporarily closed" and not from a meal break. Last week I waited two times in the drive thru to pick up an Rx only to be ignored for 15 minutes both times. No one acknowledged that I was there. No one answered the buzzer. Just ignored. Will not be returning to this location even though it is the closest to my home. I'm done with them."

"Shame this location is having a hard time with the COVID vaccinations and getting hit hard in some reviews there, but I think it's just limited availability and regulatory procedure that has their hands tied a bit in that regard. Outside of that aspect, this location is rather good in all the other usual things they do. Helpful staff. Well kept. Very good in offering savings if available. Selection could be a bit better but they do well for the size of the store. (Rating in regards to normal operation, above average but they don't always have everything.) Some wait time for the pharmacy, but it's often busy vs. the number of people they have working. And the guy that I think is the owner/operator is very helpful and attentive as well. (If so, very hands-on on how the place is run. Does anything he'd expect of the employees in the front.) Don't forget to give him a heads up on anything, and perhaps a word of thanks for all he does."
