"The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I think the lady was a manager short hair giant ear plugs I think her name is Michelle but I might be wrong not even she was arguing with me about store return policy but also yelled at the other cashier very sweet older lady that she doesn’t know how to spell. If she talks to other employees like that in front of customers I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors. So rude and unprofessional would never shop at Party City if this is the way their management treats their employees"

"The store was decently organized. There was 2 workers at the registers when I came, but they stared at me as I was waiting to checkout without saying hold on or be right with you while working on somethong else and talking with each other. It was awkward silence while waiting to be checked out at the cash register between all 3 of us till she waved me over."

"Not a good store to visit when employees yell at you for no reason. I had to ask the cashier to please not yell at me multiple times. Why she yelled at me? I asked her to show me the return policy on the receipt so I can explain and show the same at my work place. Why? I purchased items for a company event. Who yelled at me? Cashier. Tall, very skinny white lady, hight pony tail with blond and gray hair in the roots. Unpleasant theet. Not cool. Party City - you can do better. This just happened 12:00pm or so on 12/20/2022"

"This store has everything you will ever need for your next party. It is clean, well stocked and items are broken down by color. As you can see in the pictures below, if you are looking to do an EVERYTHING purple party you will find everything you need. Staff is helpful!"

"This Party City location was clean and the staff were helpful. We found most of the things we were looking for, but one item was out of stock. There are lots of options to pick from for all your party needs. We will definitely be back for future parties."
