"This place is so bad really unprofessional this morning at 9:47 am I had a really bad experience with the cashier & KC assistant manager. So I made a $54 dollars purchase and requested to get $50 back from my card, and the cashier got mad and with a nasty attitude she said "why didn't you tell me we don't have $50 to give you is so early for that" I told her then make a note and let us customers know that. Big story short I was charge $104. & won't get my money back until in 3 days when Rebecca the store Manger is back. Now that's something I have never expericen before how do I have to wait to get my money back butut you guys stores want the money back now. This store is nice and clean but the employees are so rude and so unprofessional."

"Horrible service the kid at the register had his light off the whole and was picking and choosing who he was ringing up Then his computer all of a sudden turns off when people start going to his line. Kids now a day don’t care about people’s time I understand it’s just a job to them but then they shouldn’t be here if they’re going to treat me unfairly and check out people they pick and choose to ring up Only reason I stopped where was for a birthday bag spent 15 minutes in line"

"It’s busy on a Sunday, totally understandable when it comes to being short staffed so line was a little long. However, it doesn’t excuse the cashier by the name of Yamel, being on her phone while ringing customers! The guest in front of me was having trouble with her Apple Pay, when she asked the cashier to help her, she continued to look at her phone. When I was paying, the screen said wait for cashier, and while she’s still texting, I had to say “hey can I get my receipt or..” then she finally looked up and gave me it."

"I ended up walking out and not buying anything the line was extremely long and there was only one cashier there was another lady there but she was busy blowing up balloons for a customer"

"I've loved Dollar Tree since my teenage years. This DT is neat, tidy and well stocked. Nice staff too."
