"Very nice playground in a residential community. Fun playground equipment geared slightly older kids 5+ years old. This is NOT a big toddler playground, there is one smaller toddler friendly piece but nothing more. It's super nice to have a spot that skews a bit older and fun for climbing equipment. They also have a zipline great for bigger kiddos. Other highlights - a 4 person teeter totter; a small splash pad (although not yet one it looked cute); a covered picnic table area; swings; a "bowl swing" as my kids call it; what looked to be a lawn bowling astroturf type space (again it's only April so it wasn't setup totally). The playground is wood chips for a surface so not wheelchair friendly but looked overall very well maintained and new equipment."
