"This place started off fine. They’ve always been inconsistent with the scheduling but I dealt with it because I knew my time in the area was limited. My daughter was doing PT, OT and ST. Some days she would go for 2.5 hours, some days 2 hours and some days 1.5. I would ask why the frequent time changes and they would say “we put everything together today” which was not a logical explanation. My daughter was attending in the mornings and one day the receptionist told me she would have to start coming at 3. It went from 3, to 3:30, to 4, to 5 - as if I was to schedule my family’s life around their inconsistencies. There is also a very narcissistic staff member up there (short, stout, long hair) that would constantly tell me how she thought I should raise and dress my daughter. Any time I would speak with any of the other staff, if she was in earshot, she would make a bee-line over to jump in the conversation to add her thoughts and opinions and she how she does things at her house. I had informed her on a number of occasions that I homeschool my daughter and one day while my daughter was in a session, she sent me the rudest text message demanding that I enroll my daughter in school this summer because she didn’t want to play with the other children that day. I immediately removed my daughter. Narcissist can not be trusted around vulnerable children. East Dove location."
