"The blonde postmaster was very rude and not helpful in the least. She was snarky and unprofessional. I would like to thank the 2 customers who were in there who gave me directions and more assistance than the lady who worked there. Awful customer service."

"Watch out for the blonde lady with the clumpy eyelashes, completely rude and aggressive from the jump for no reason. I mentioned I got an email with a link that told me to come here to pick it up and she started saying over and over "we don't send out email, we don't send out emails" in such a condescending and smug way, even after I told her it wasn't from them MULTIPLE times. It seemed like she truly didn't want to help me but instead dunk on me for whatever strange reason. I was so taken back at how clear it was she just wasn't going to help me... I just left and went to my car to pull up the website with the address and info to come pick it up. I went back in and dealt with the other worker. Its turns out my entire apartment building hasn't been getting any of our mail since we all moved in. AND how exactly would I have known that without one of those postal service workers helping me? Instead clumps jumped down my throat because I didn't know the ins and outs of HER job. I get this is your job and you do it everyday, but its not mine, you work to assist me. What an absolute miserable soul, she clearly has some issues. I guess the lesson learned from the comments is the Algonquin post office is the way to go if you have a choice."

"got to be one of the most inefficient post offices in the country. loses mail, can't seem to forward or deliver mail timely. I don't know why Huntley can't build a more modern, efficient place instead of a one room office with an annex in another part of town. Maybe it served Huntley when it had a population of a thousand, but Huntley has grown to almost 27,000."

"A bit disappointed with the service provided to my 22 year old daughter. She went in today to try to mail in her renewal for her passport. I tend to teach my children to ask for help when they are doing something for the first time so they learn on their own for future references. The female clerk was not welcoming nor patient with her. My daughter called me instead for help for filling out mailing documents, of course I told her what I thought she should do, which was wrong lol. The clerk told her it was wrong & that she had to go somewhere else. At least she gave my daughter some instructions. So instead, I told my daughter just go to Algonquin post office as they are always so helpful. She did & she's ready to go."

"I just left the Post office in Huntley. I got a money order and an envelope. I didn't get the the womens name but everytime she works its a blessing for everyone she comes in contact with. She provides the best customer service and always with a kind heart. Please know your hardwork is appreciated. Again, Thank you for the excellent service today ☺️"
