He was extremely pleasant, had a good sense of humor, and was very engaging with all of us. He made an otherwise mundane experience a lot of fun. Tonight I stopped in because my daughter broke a piece off her bed while trying to rearrange her room. We were greeted by Wayne, and he was immediately helping us figure out what we needed.
