"Went in 5 min to closing and most of the lights were off including the Open sign. I was greeted by a young man who was friendly however he couldn’t find what I was looking for and had to ask his Supervisor Jim who was not very friendly and seemed like I was inconveniencing him. Another customer came in right after me asking to have a key made and the supervisor made a noise like it was such a bother to him as well. We were both out by 5 min after closing but neither us us were satisfied with the attitude from Jim."
