"You are better of using YouTube and trying to find a video of the medical procedure you need. St. Joes ER is pathetic. Whoever the Physician's Assistant was on 10/23 overnight into 10/24 needs to take a couple weeks off and then quit. His "care" involved him following a check list...a check list! Do you not know how to use your medical training? If no, why are you actually practicing? He also ran super expensive tests following this check list, which was completely unnecessary, and to top it off, he did not resolve the issue. When it comes to whats wrong with the medical field, this guy and the people who created the check list [probably administration] are on top of the list."

"Ill only give one star cause they was little bit quicker then silver cross .but due to silver cross being so under staff their terrible to all these health care terrible in illinois. Saint joseph which is “ascension” now i wouldnt return here at all their employees just have bad attitudes like people not going through enough alot of people say not to come here. "Still waiting for a bed in the ER. I'm admitted (so they can get paid) but have been sitting in a hallway for 6 hours. My legs has large open/exposed wounds all over and is exposed and leaking body fluids onto the floor as I type this. They are aware but not concerned."

"The most rude and inconsiderate front desk ER associates!! Absolutely digusting and inhumane how they treat people! My SO had a heart attack and waited 12 hours for a room!! By the time they got him a room everything in their kitchen was closed so they didn't get him any food and he had not eaten all day. I had to doordash subway. I called the front desk to make sure it was received. The woman literally hung up on me 2 times and said whether he gets his food or not is not their concern. How Unbelievably insensitive and Cruel. He is left in your care and that's how little you care about your patients! You literally cannot look and see if there is Subway at the desk that you're standing at?!"
