"After 10 years still don’t have phone # or record of any vaccinations. I have never been there when I didn’t have to come back. Do not honor specials and sales advertised. They are one mile away and I’m moving to a different company 8 miles away because they are much faster and cheaper. Should not be allowed to dispense drugs. Always a wait even if you are the only customer. App is completely worthless as it does not reflect any correct info if any info at all. Run don’t walk to anywhere else."

"This is a wonderful place for all kinds of situations!! So for the past month my poor pup had a hematoma on the inner fold of her right ear and she’s been pretty miserable :( the vet I went to told me to give her prednisone and it would go away. Well recently it came back and filled up again. I contacted the pharmacist here at elm street and asked her if she had anything I could purchase to drain it myself (I have experience with this kind of thing don't try this at home). She recommended a perfect sized syringe that could pull the fluid right out! After spending literally a $1.08 she gave me wonderful instructions and I pulled out literally 3ml of fluid!!! She saved me an expensive trip to the vet! Thankfully we are going In next week for a check up but for now this has given her SO much relief. I know this isn’t your typical review but just know there are no wrong or weird questions to ask a pharmacist. I also know she isn’t a veterinarian however with situations like this I had to do something. REMEMBER if your pup has a major medical condition please contact your regular vet! This was a quick resolution to my problem and I’m still taking her next week for a check up. Anyways, THANK YOU for the instant relief you gave to my dog. She fell asleep in a ball right after I was finished. A great store to go to for a quick solution! "
