"This store has totally changed. I don’t know if they had a new owner or a new crew. I place online orders for my company, and I would go in to pick them up on my way to work. However, back in December 2023, two incidents happened a week apart. First time, they said they didn’t receive my order even though I had my receipt on my phone. It took them 10 minutes to finally decide to give me my paid order; second time they purposely didn’t make my orders because I placed three orders (same thing three times, because I needed three receipts for reimbursement purpose). I kind of understand they were afraid I made a mistake, but I paid ahead of time. I went to the store earlier to prep myself something would happen like a week ago. Glad I did, so they I had extra time to wait on them to make my three orders. I don’t feel comfortable of going in there any more just so I can grab and go with my orders and not late to work. Today when I was trying to redeem my free rewards (over 1000 points) they told me I had to make a purchase in order to redeem a reward. It says nowhere on their website and terms and conditions. So I called another store to verify, the person picked up my call said no purchase necessary, I can just show the QR code to get my free reward, and he said it is the same rule applies to every store. I wasn’t going to say anything for my last two incidents until today. I missed the old crew is all what I am going to say."
