"My technicians stayed at this location for 2 nights on a one week work trip and they were NOT happy. The property is in need of more than just an update. Everything is filthy. My team stayed on the 2nd floor with equipment and bags they had to bring in with them and there's NO ELEVATOR!! The rooms stink. The carpet is old and nasty. No breakfast, no coffee, not clean....just not worth the stop at all. We will NEVER return to this location. I hate to leave negative reviews, but we are so unhappy with this stay, we had to tell someone! Choicehotels will also receive our unsatisfactory review."

"We had to cancel our trip because the concert we were going to was cancelled due to a power outage. This owner refused to work with us on even a partial refund, and charged my credit card for 2 nights that we told him we were not going to make it to! I always stayed at Quality Inns but never again! I guess they really needed to steal $169 from a valued customer!"

"First I was treated like I couldn’t afford the room. The guy at the front desk is very rude and dismissive when asked questions, they have bugs and Bed Bugs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. PLEASE SLEEP SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was in room 219 and the curtains will come off the tracks when u open them. Very out dated. The hot water doesn’t get hot. Not even worth giving a ⭐️ they need the department of health out and to remodel. And they don’t have an elevator so good luck bringing more than a duffel bag."

"These people are AWFUL.... We stayed as a group for work for 2 1/2 weeks. In spite of the fact that we left for work early, came back and kept to ourselves, paid on time, and were polite and respectful to staff we were met with rudeness and a bad attitude. One member of our crew broke his ankle and was unable to make it to our second floor room... We even offered to pay more to move to a first floor room but hotel staff was unwilling to be accommodating without charging for an additional day. He further injured himself trying to make it up the stairs on crutches as they have no elevator. After all of this, while trying to check out, we were threatened with the police when we were a few minutes past checkout. As though he wasn't on crutches trying to manage stairs and like we hadn't just paid them nearly $2,000. Terrible hospitality service. If I could give zero stars I would"
