"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My shipment arrived on a Friday and I was told I would be contacted to set up a delivery day and time. 3 days later, still no call. I called them. I left several messages and nobody ever returned my call. Finally, a few days later, I went down to the office to find out where my shipment was and if it could be delivered. After waiting in the office for 30 min. I was told it might be able to get delivered by the end of the week, but there was no guarantee. Reluctantly, I told them to just load the item into my pickup truck. My item was 250lb Gun safe. So now I am responsible for delivering this gun safe to my own house and figure out a way to get it out of the bed of my pickup. Overall I am not impressed with the way things were handled."
