"This place gave me explosive diarrhea! I ordered chicken fried rice, the chicken tasted really old/raw. The rice was really dry. When I went to pick up my food, the guy at the front desk was ringing out a towel he was using to mop the floor, after seeing me, he approached me to give me my food without even washing his hands! Go else where, but not here."
"The food was prepared with care, and was so fresh and delicious! Best general tsos chicken we’ve had in town, and the chicken and snow peas were also excellent! We were told to use a cell phone to order and denied a menu. You might want to have a discussion with your employees to ensure they understand your store's ordering protocol. But your unprofessional response of "nah" tells me all I need to know."
