"I had only been to HFT once about 10 years ago and I was not impressed. Store was in disarray and their products were very cheap quality. I visited the 82nd Street store for a nut driver that I was unable to find at Lowe's. The store was clean and organized and the quality of the products offered seems to have improved enough to warrant a return visit to this establishment."

"Usually we love Harbor Freight but bought multiple sets of batteries on Black Friday and all are bad. We are playing the Wii and have gone through 16 batteries in 12 minutes. That should be addressed, but everything else has done well for us."
"Very big building lots more then other stores. It was raining so they had some roof leaks so be aware. The people are very friendly thats a plus. Lot in stock so you can find what you are looking for. All in all a good 3.5 for the store. They have one entrance and that's the Northside sliding doors."
