"There was a miscommunication on the service to bill my insurance. That upset me but I am not faulting them just upset me. Zack was awesome. He stayed in contact with me from pick up to drop off. Zack works hard to make the customer happy and is very professional. Zack does a great job and is an asset to his company."

"Towing company was recommended by the repair shop that's currently working to give me an estimate, they told me it would be 25-30 minutes and within that time they showed up! The guy was very professional! If I ever need another tow in Lubbock I'm calling these guys! Highly recommended!"
