"This morning I went to get breakfast for myself and my son in law after staying all night at the hospital with my daughter. When I got home and opened my food I was surprised at what I saw. I ordered the sausage biscuit sandwich and it looked at though it had been under a heat lamp for a month. The biscuit was a dark brown, egg and cheese had a brown hint to them and hard. I have never in all my years going to Whataburger for breakfast was served such horrible food. I won't be going back."

"Drive through - waited no problem there - DROVE HOME / 15 miles away - And there was NO meat on my Whataburger!! Seriously? I don’t get to eat meat too often due to gut issue - & finally was going to - except- I got NONE I know the quality of Whataburger & even worked there 35 years ago - and THIS shouldn’t have happened ! So upsetting. Not driving back to lbk right now to get another - so someone better do something. Being busy is no excuse. Im experienced - & errors happen - but MY god. How do you not see you’re topping your dressed bun with NO MEAT! Nope. !"
