"As a guy with zero experience operating the crane and having little to no knowledge on the crane and English being my second language I can say ACS is the right place to get your NCCO due to they have the best instructors out there. Sam is a real good instructor and a pretty cool guy. He made sure we understood as much as we could so we could pass our exams."
"Sam was very knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed his teaching style which was laid back low key and focused on specific and necessary information. Sam was also very bubbly and welcoming. I would recommend ACS for your training needs"
"Really good experience with the instructors in class and on the field always attentive to make sure we understood as much as we could. One thing to keep in consideration and this is for ACS this heat is really bad and when you are out on the field on your practice day could cause fatigue or heat stress. A cool down area would be nice and make this a better experience thank you."
"I typically do not take the time to write reviews, however the four gentlemen involved with ACS training deserve their roses! I was one of the guys who had zero experience driving anything outside a forklift, however The classroom instructor Antonio was able to explain anything and everything related to cranes in such a way that I believe even a child would understand. He was also extremely patient with the different experience backgrounds and was more than willing to take the time to reexplain anything if you needed. I did the 5 day course which is worth the money and then some. The guys running the practical side(Robby, Sam, and Rafael) were just as impressive with their knowledge and observations. I really like that they all really paid attention to you as an individual and really personalized the feedback regarding your weaknesses and highlighted your strengths. I can’t speak highly enough of the outside guys, all three are masters of their craft. If you’re on the fence about this class I would hands down make the same decision again well worth the money especially if Robby, Sam, Rafael, and Antonio are still the instructors. Thank you gentlemen you all truly blessed me with a new skill that I can build on and feed my family! Robby thank you for the advice slow and steady wins the race, Sam your basketball references for me made everything click for catching the ball, Rafael, Sir your patience, calm demeanor, and advice was all priceless. Blessings"
