"The customer service here is TRAAAASSH!! The only person here that was helpful and kind even though she was being pulled in every direction was a young lady named Jaylin. If y’all go in here look for her. She’s black, about 5’6. And needs a darn raise!!! Only reason why I’m giving a 2 star rating is because Jaylin deserves a star of her own."
"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever received from a retail store. I received the Air Force 1s Houston comets shoes for my birthday. They were purchased at the Willowbrook location but they are a 7.5 and I need an 8. I went to the WB to exchange them with the receipt but they didn't have my size in stock. The gentleman working tried to get them shipped to my residence but was unable to and was kind enough to inform me that they were available at a few stores in Houston. Including Deerbrook. So I went to get them exchanged with the receipt. The cashier had a poor attitude when I asked to get them exchanged. She snatched the shoe box from me and was so rough with the shoes she even dropped the shoe on the counter when taking them out to inspect. She went to inform someone to grab them from the back. Someone came to the front, I'm assuming a manager. She was not rude however she claimed the shoes had not yet been released and I was unable to get them. She said they were in stock but not available for purchase and told me I need to go back to Willowbrook. They're shown on the website and are clearly being sold but no one was able to assist me with a simple exchange. Do not spend your money or time at this store. I work in customer service as a manager at a restaurant and would never have an employee with that kind of attitude."
"I don't understand why JD sports keeps hiring people who obviously do not like their job. I usually buy shoes from JD because they always get me right I've never had an issue before yesterday I came in to purchase a pair of shoes for my son whos birthday was yesterday he wanted this specific pair of shoes from the moment i asked for the shoe in the size i needed which was a 7 that was the same size they had as a sample the young lady gave me a terrible attitude scanned it and said we don't have a 7 which I answered to yes you do the shoe i gave you is a 7 i just need the other pair she got upset literally made a face and left me there asked someone else to help me out keep in mind I'm still being patient which she continued turn around to another employee and started mumbling a couple things about me that's when I lost my patience and started giving her attitude back but kept my cool due to respect for other customers after 10 minutes of waiting finally another young lady very nice helped me out and gave me the shoes I wanted I finally paid. It was a terrible experience but my son had that smile on his face for getting the shoes he wanted and thats what mattered at the end. JD PLEASE HIRE FRIENDLY STAFF IF CUSTOMERS KEEP GETTING TREATED THIS WAY THE COMPANY WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS."
"HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SHOE STORE/LOCATION EVEN IF THE SHOES WHERE FREE. Came by on Saturday so many employees standing around not being welcoming or offering assistance in any way. Then my son decides to pick out 2 different types of shoes but the employee that was helping us out decides to try and sell my son the most expensive 1 telling him that 1 shoe is like a bag of cereal and the other shoe is like a box of cereal...HELLO HE IS ONLY 10 YEARS OLD....so after that type of service we walked out and we will never return. Management needs to train their employees better teach them.some manners and how to show some respect. There is a reason why this location has such low ratings/standards and that's something Management needs to pay attention to."
"Yo this store is straight trash. They also sell defective shoes. I purchased a pair of Airforce 1 and after 2 days the glue from the front of the shoe came undone. I took them back to the store and because the manager have authorization to accept or refuse, the female decided to refuse to take them back. She informed me to contact customer service, which I did and that was honestly no help!!!! I was on the phone for the entire day. At the end of the day I was informed that a manager named crystal was going to be able to help me, I went in the next day, she was unavailable and the current Store manager simply refused to help and refused to call the manager crystal. Indicating that the shoe was possibly destroyed while wearing it. I highly recommended that the personal at this store be replaced and the customer service you receive is garbage. The people act like they don’t even want to be there. I spent over $100.00 on this shoe only to have it fall apart in 2 days. The female manager said that she and everyone else are trained to not sell defective shoes. I’m a realist, you done inspect every single shoe, you didn’t while I was there trying to return the defective one your store sold me and I know for a fact that you didn’t on the Saturday (4/7), the day I pitched them. I didn’t even want my money back, I wanted the same shoe, but just not defective. Customer service didn’t even help. So I’m simply under the assumption that the entire franchise is garbage. That’s how I look at them now. Footlocker, Champ’s, etc will get my future business."
