"We brought my oldest here back in 2021 and she did amazing. We returned a little over a month ago with my 5 year old and 18 month old. Immediately upon calling to discuss re-enrollment they recognized me and were excited to see my oldest and meet my youngest. My oldest was having some trouble at our previous child care and has done a complete 180 since coming back to La Petite. There isn’t a single day she isn’t excited to be there and excited to tell me about her day. Ms Maranda, Ms Barbara, Ms Brenda & Ms Larniece are absolutely amazing. The teachers genuinely care, genuinely teach and treat all the kids like they are their own. If anything ever happens with one of the kids I am notified promptly. We receive updates throughout the day so we never have to question if they’ve eaten or napped. We get to check in using the SproutAbout app and check in on the cameras to see them playing and learning. We absolutely love it here! The pricing is a major bonus to the amazing care my girls receive!"
"It is very disheartening to post this, but as a mandated reported I would not feel right not sharing this. La Petite/Learning Care Group failed to follow compliance and policy regarding an incident with my daughter. Initially, I was upset with the director, but after receiving more concrete evidence my anger is now directed with leadership; preferably the District Manager who does not (to record) any background in education; retail was her former career and it shows when anyone makes comments to staff stating, "I looked at the camera footage of the incident and it is not a big deal. It wasn't necessary to stop everything we were doing to call the parent." This was after I sent an email to corporate. Digging further, I discovered (and I have evidence and emails to confirm) that this is a usual discriminatory practice towards African-American employees, students and parents. The DM and HR department has been notified multiple times in writing of discriminatory incidents that they company fails to document or they "fire" the African-American employee. Parents have complained asking to speak to corporate and the Director and District Manager have worked closely to conceal, manipulate and blame others of their unethical behavior. The DM took my personal email and interrogated and African-American employee instead of investigating why a child was able to push, throw and or slam my child. Please investigate the REAL story of what occurred when this facility was on "lockdown" a few weeks ago. The lie is that an incident happened around the property, but in actuality the incident happened on the premises with a strange man attempting to enter the facility. Amazes me there was never a written correspondence about this matter. I have since removed my child but do not let the low prices and name change full you. Do your research if you love your child(ren). This cannot be disputed because I HAVE evidence."
"Worst daycare EVER. Very unprofessional, and they hire literally ANYONE just so they can claim they have “teachers”. I honestly don’t know why this place has 4+ starts. So glad we switched daycares, this was a huge mistake. This place does not care about your children at all. My son repeatedly got bit over and over! The 5th time he got bit was the worst, the other child bit through my sons skin on his arm. I know for a fact my son wasn’t there laughing while he was getting bit. WHERE WAS THE “teacher”???? They are very very careless, and facility is not up to date and has a very bad odor. They handle children aggressively also… please do not send your children here whatsoever. There are other daycares that will love your child and actually teach them. If I can give this facility a 0 stars I would."
"My daughter went here for 2 years until she started kindergarten. They taught her so much by the time she started school she was well above average in her class. They serve great meals, have camera access to ease your worries, have great learning curriculum for the kids, and they genuinely love your children as their own. I would/have recommended this daycare to anyone looking for a great place for your kids."
"My son was home for the first 2 years of his life. When he started he really didn’t talk much and had a hard time adjusting to child care. We tried 2 different daycares before this one, and they were ok but faulty. We were at the Spring location first and moved our son to the humble location once we moved. I love La Petite as a whole. It’s the cameras we have access to for me. Anyway, i love the teachers they really care for your children and make you aware of any issues. Very clean! Bring your children here! You will be more than happy while you’re away. SN: We only left because it was time for elementary school."
